Anthony was a major part of the women's suffrage era. This speech helped me understand the topic because I did not know what Susan B. Anthony's opinions were before I read it and now I know that she does a lot of comparing to get her point across.

The credibility of this source is reliable because the database I found it in is well known for many schools. This source did help me understand my topic by giving an explanation for what was going on in the 20th century with women in the workforce.

DC: CQ Press, 2002. http://library.cqpress.com/scc/uscoaz_28.1.
This source contains a great image of Susan B. Anthony and an article on
Susan B. Anthony's life. The article is mainly a timeline of her life, rather
than discussing her achievements as a women's suffragist. From this article I
learned more background information on Anthony that I did not know before, it
briefly talks about what she did to support other amendments such as the right
for black people to vote. This source is secondary because it is an article
written about Susan B. Anthony, although there is a picture in this source that
is primary. From this source I plan on using the background information about
Susan B. Anthony that she is not famous for, but it gives a better understanding
of who she was. The credibility of this source is reliable because it is on an

economical rights that I have not found on any other source.

Elizabeth Cady Stanton progressively began a well know women's rights
speaker, travelling nationally for women's suffrage. This source is secondary
because it is an article written about Cady Stanton by two authors, there is not
any original content. The source is reliable because it was found on a reliable
and well-known database called ABC-CLIO. From this source I plan on using the
information about Elizabeth Cady Stanton's work during the suffrage movement,
not the information about her personal life in Seneca Falls. This article helped
me understand the topic because I learned about most of the things that
Elizabeth Cady Stanton did during the women's suffrage era, and I learned that
she worked with Susan B. Anthony forming organizations for women's rights.

Accessed October 6, 2013. http://americanhistory.abc-clio.com/.
Throughout the late 1800's and the early 1900's, American women had little
to no rights, therefore thousands of American women formed suffrage
organizations to protest the Government. This article recognizes the groups
formed and also multiple women involved in the women's suffrage movement. I plan
on using the information on the national and local organizations and the
information on the women who dedicated their lives towards equal voting rights
for all Americans. The author mentions many women, however he does not go deep
into detail about their lives. This source is secondary because it was written
by Jason Newman in 2000 about the people involved in the women's suffrage era.

Anthony's political work which gives me a better understanding of the topic
because other sources only talk about her protesting and speeches. This is a
secondary source because I am only using the information from the article not
the pictures which are primary.

This source is an article written about the 19th Amendment, which was the amendment that stated that women were now eligible to vote. This amendment passed in 1920 and many women were very satisfied with all the work they had done to achieve this goal. ABC-CLIO is a credible source because it has been around for more than 55 years and received many awards for its outstanding resources. This article is a secondary source because it is not an actual picture or statement from the 19th amendment, it just provides information of what kind of rights were given to women after the passing of it. This article will be used by stating some of the rights the women were given under the 19th amendment tab on my website.

All the hard work eventually paid of in 1920. ABC-CLIO is a credible source because it has been around for more than 55 years and received many awards for its outstanding resources. This article will be used in my website by taking main facts from it about the women’s suffrage movement under a main info tab.

This source is about Susan B. Anthony along with women's suffrage. I learned that Susan B. Anthony was very dedicated to the idea of women be able to vote. This source gave me some facts about Susan B. Anthony and how she fought for herself and many other women. I understand that Susan B. Anthony stuck up for what she believed in (women having the right to vote) and would not take no for an answer which lead to many years of protest. This secondary source will be found in my website under the suffragist tab.

Maddex, Robert. "Anthony, Susan B." In U.S. Constitution A to Z, 1. Washington,
DC: CQ Press, 2002. http://library.cqpress.com/scc/uscoaz_28.1.
The credibility of this source is reliable because it is on an
online library database recommended by more school.

Maddex, Robert. "Women." In U.S. Constitution A to Z, 1. Washington, DC: CQ
Press, 2002. http://library.cqpress.com/scc/uscoaz_511.1.
This source is very detailed, and discusses the economic, personal, and
political rights of women prior to the 1920's. From this source I plan on using
a large amount of the information on women's political rights because it is
mainly about women's suffrage. This source is credible because the information
is accurate, in depth, and used on a reliable database. This is a secondary
source because Robert Maddex wrote this article about women's rights, and it
does not contain any original information. This source helped improve my
understanding of the topic because it contains some information on women's
economical rights that I have not found on any other source.

Newman, Jason. "women in government." In American History. ABC-CLIO, 2000-.

This source in an article on the Nineteenth Amendment. This source let me know that women did eventually get the right to vote. This article explained to me that after many women have spent so much time and effort into fighting for their right to vote they finally got it. This article contains information about all Americans gaining equal voting
rights and this article also lists many court cases that lead to voting rights.
The article does not include as much information on women's voting rights as I
would like. I plan on using the information on the voting rights for other
individuals to back up women's suffrage. This is a secondary source because it
is an article written about fair elections. This source helped me better
understand my topic because I learned more about the voting rights of other
individuals at the same time as women's rights. The credibility of this source
is reliable because this database is recommended by my school and is
trustworthy.

This source covered the main ideas on women's suffrage. Women were being treated unfairly and they were done with being treated poorly. This source had information such as how women were discouraged because they did not have the right to vote. I understand that women decided that they wanted to take a stand and fight against everyone that mistreated them. These women protested, and voiced their strong opinions.
